I hate breaks. I would rather just have all seventeen episodes at once. I prefer long breaks between seasons rather than short breaks within the season.

I'm finally doing the rewatch and I just finished S2 E19. The LNN says, "Actually, Sorry, I can't hear this for the 99th time." He was referring to Jane & Rafael's history. Could that be a hint he's Mateo? Or maybe it was just an excuse to do the 1920s silent movie scenes? lol

Jennie asked on twitter who do we think Jane is responding to in 4.01? She posted a screen shot of Jane on the bus texting someone. I think it's Adam. Because we know she's going to date him this season. The season premiere is going to push J/R back. If it is Rafael. I bet he doesn't see the text. I just know she's not going there in the season premiere. Not yet.

There are definitely hints that it's Mateo. I did a re-watch as well and now I'm forgetting them, sadly. But the hints are there. Not sure if it's to throw us off.

The most glaring sign for me was during Xiomara's wedding. The narrator said it was for the people who loved Xiomara, and included himself. After he says that the camera pans to Mateo.

Another hint he maybe Mateo. S3 E4 "I love our house. Me too. LLN: Me, three! Michael: What about you, Mateo? You excited to grow up here? I bet many didn't pick up on Michael's death hint in the same episode. LLN: And friends, they really believed that would happen... but we're not there yet. We're here.

Posey was casted as a series regular on another show, it's only 6 episodes tho, unless they get renewed. Idk when they're going to film. I wonder what this means for Adam

Well, I didn't expect Adam to last that long anyways. Hopefully, it'll be for more than 3 episodes though.

I was just about to post this. I want him to have an arc and believe he will. It's not like his character is a regular. He's not going to be in every episode. "Jane" has a few recurring characters. Adam's arc will either last until the mid season finale or close to the season finale. Remember it's just 17 episodes this season.

Justina Machado is a regular on One Day At a Time. She's the lead. And she was recurring throughout the season of JTV. I think it helped she wasn't in every episode.

I expect Tyler Posey's arc to wrap mid-season-ish. I don't see him being a Darci.
