Even when they drove each other crazy, they still couldn't stay away from each other. Ahh, I wanna watch this movie again. I think I might have to go through my DVD collection and watch it tonight!   __________________

Yeah exactly.
I love how Jake doesn't chase after her though on her wedding day, he doesn't show up and make a big scene. It's like he told his mom, "I can't control her any more than I control the weather." It was actually refreshing for me (still is whenever I watch it) that it's not the typical predictable rom-com formula of the guy/girl running to the bus stop or airport or whatever to have this speech for them at the end. It was just Melanie full-on realizing that getting married to another man was not what her heart really wanted. And then she found Jake in the storm, he was stubborn at first (who could blame him though, must've hurt knowing she was out there about to marry another man) but they figured it out. Ugh I just love it. __________________

I loved that part too. I always cry at the scene where they are visiting their dog Bear who passed and she wasn't around for it.
