Bumping this thread, these two need some love. I have been thinking of going back and re watching season 5 soon. That was their best season in my opinion.

please add me to this thread if i'm not already on it. didn't realize there was a couples thread and a thread on that 70s show forum...


also had a question for you all. are there any couples from other shows that you love as much as J/H? and if so, who? i'd like to watch another series with a couple as watchable as them. i also love luke and lorelai. in fact i like gilmore girls as a series far more than that 70s show, but like J/H moments more than even L/L. a;though i'm suprememly grateful to ASP that at least L/L ended up together in finale! (and again in reprise...)
trying to think of other couples on par with J/H...

so...suggestions?? what should i start watching? i'll take the advice of people who love J/H as much as i do...

So much love for these two, I still get angry when I think about how they were decimated... even Season 7 irks me, because I feel like they massively regressed both the characters and their relationship. I remember reading somewhere that new showrunners were bought in for season 8 and didn't like the Jackie and Hyde pairing so decided to end it for good. I have no idea how true that is, but it certainly rings true imo. Throwing her at Fez in the end made zero sense and was frankly cringeworthy. She should have just ended the series single.

Seasons 5 and 6 will always be the high-point of this show for me. When I rewatch it I just don't bother with anything after season 7. The final season was a huge letdown, on all fronts.

My headcannon for these two is that they ended up together at some point after the show ended. They went and lived their lives, grew up a bit and eventually re-connected and lived happily ever after. That's what happened. :p

Agreed, these two and Barney/Robin will always be my biggest disappoints endgame wise.

Hey guys,I'm new here.I come from Serbia,maybe you heard of this little country,anyway,this show started airing recently back here and got me really hooked up.Today season 3 is about to start,but i got impatient and decided to watch the rest of it online.I must say that i really adore Jackie and Hyde together,without a doubt,they are one of my favorite fictional pairings.To say that I'm disappointed with how the show ended would be the understatement,although i didn't watch the last season of the show, I simply couldn't muster up enough strength to endure torture of that 8 season.We already heard what Danny thought about that stupid ending,but i never saw any of Mila interviews in which she mentions JH pairing,do you happen to have seen some,or any of them?Thanks guys!
