"I thought, first of all, that the whelp was completely unnecessary to the trilogy. I'm not saying this in a Sparrabether bitter way or anything.. like I said, I was completely content with the outcome. But WHAT the hell is Will's character? Ted and Terry always use the same incident to prove that he's an interesting character-- the time Will clocked Jack over the head and left him to die at Isla De Muerta. That's not an interesting character.. that's a ****ing teenage boy overly eager to rescue the damsel in distress and win her heart, meanwhile he's leaving to die a man who put together a goddamn crew and sailed all the way the **** there just so Will could get his bony ass over there to save her.

I see Elizabeth as this beautiful, wealthy, young woman of high society who has balls.

Then you've got Jack.. who is the sheep in wolf's clothing. He's the good man behind a facade of scallywag Pirate. He walked into the story with a very facscinating back-story, and left the trilogy with an even more facscinating back-story.

And... Will... um... ???? He clocked Jack over the head with an ore and left him to die at Isla De Muerta... oohhh.. ahhh.. yes, fascinating."
