I know you're probably sick of this twin, but please humour me, my mental state is very fragile atm and it doesn't take much to tip me over the edge.

It just gets me that House can be romantic and open up with some woman he doesn't even really know, but not with Cuddy whom he's known for over 20 years and is apparently in love with. THEN, Shore teases the crap out of us all of last season, mind****'s us in the finale and then gives everything we've ever wanted for Huddy to House/random chick in the season premiere. It all just totally stinks. I don't know how much longer he thinks we'll suffer being ****ed with, there is a limit.

Nothing has ever made me question my faith in Huddy before but, and I can't believe I'm saying it, this is coming very close.

Reassure me, please I'm begging, because I think my positive thinking has emigrated to another planet.

1) the most important thing- we have NOT watched this ep yet. we dont know exactly this happens, we cant really make a firm judgement on it just yet
2) think about it House is in a very fragile state of mind at this moment. he's at mayfield for a reason. he could be on different meds or whatever. the bottom line is that he's trying to find himself. trying to make himself better, figure out all the stuff thats happened to him. he wants to change, otherwise he would never have gone to mayfield in the first place.
3) DS is a saddist. we know this. he has screwed around with us many times. doing this with this chick is no different to the fake sex. its always going to be complicated with Huddy, it has been right from the start. this is the show. its always one step forward, ten steps back with Huddy. we know this. its happened for 5 years.
thats why i wasnt surprised to find out that he not only slept with FP, but played the piano with her, slow danced with her, whatever. but remember, this stuff, is NOT what makes Huddy. those material things dont make them the couple that they are. They are knowing each other for twenty years, friends for 20 years, sleeping together in college, being as smart as each other, Cuddy being the only one that can get to House, ect. this chick does NOT change any of that. its just another fork in the road. DS does this because its he works. round in circles.
on the upside, this is ONLY two episodes. then shes gone. this is part of his healing process. i truly believe that. hes realising he still can feel things for other people. and think about this, this chick is the first person to reciprocate his advances seriously since stacey. hes reaching out to this chick for whatever reason. it doesnt mean he doesnt love Cuddy. he doesnt love this chick, its just a passing romance. who cares? its like the Kate on the north pole chick, a bit more but still, it came and went.
Bottom line is that DS said they were only taking away from Huddy at the start. House needs to get his **** together before Huddy can come back.
And as ive said before, FP is a plot device. i truly truly believe that.
We know that Huddy is endgame, DS has said it time and time again.
i know its hard to keep faith in them, but this is the time to be the most faithful to them

Thanks twin, I needed to hear that. It doesn't erase all my fears and my anger, but it helps calm me down and reassure me a bit.

Remember that thing Lisa said at Paley about "stay with me, don't give up hope" etc? At the time I thought that was a tad strange given that most people had gotten over the finale and now saw it as a good thing. But NOW I'm thinking they'd probably shot the premiere by then, she knew about all this and she knew everyone would totally freak out and lose their s**t, and that's where the message came from.

I hope so anyway, it would make me feel so much better.

My relationship with this pairing is very much like their relationship with each other, love/hate. They can make me/each other very happy sometimes, but other times they can make me/each other feel like total crap, ironic.
