Thinking back to a few years ago, my main ones were:

Prue/Cole [Charmed]

OMG FAB TASTE (not surprising ). I never really liked any of the canon ships and Prue/Cole had such great chemistry.

Haha you're not. There's a few of us that feel the same way. They really only had scenes in that cowboy (??) episode, but the chemistry was SMOKING HOT. (I'm sure the fact that Julian/Shannon were dating at that time helped )

I always thought Greg Vaughan's chemistry with Alyssa was waaaaaaay better than his chemistry with Holly.

My canon ship was Paige/Kyle, sadly it didn't end well.

Yes, their chemistry was awesome and I think they're a pretty popular crackship during Charmed days I liked Phoebe/Cole but in early seasons.
