Yeah, it's understandable why she was always quick to dismiss any thoughts that Lucas might have feelings for her, even though he was completely in love with her & everybody else knew that - but I am such a sucker for that kind of thing

It really was, & when they didn't work because people knew that Brooke had the right to be mad at Peyton for cheating with her boyfriend TWICE, they totally retconned with the sextape in this lame attempt to say 'look, Brooke did it too, they're even now & Peyton is an awesome friend'
