♥ Jane Foster played by Natalie Portman

A scientist and a realist, Jane Foster has devoted her entire career to
understanding the cosmos. She is on the verge of a breakthrough on the night Thor is banished from Asgard and hurtled to Earth.
Unsure of what to make of the strange man claiming to be the God of Thunder, Jane is nevertheless deeply attracted to him and
flustered by his obvious galantry. Together they face danger and peril before Thor must return to his world. But this is not
before he promises her that he will return for her someday...

♥ Their Lღ ve Story
Banished from his home world, Thor literally crashes into Jane. When he opens his eyes, she is the
first thing he see's. This beautiful, intelligent mortal woman takes responsibility for the self proclaimed God, despite the
fact that she does not know what to make of him. Their attraction is instant and Thor makes Jane feel feminine and protected. In
turn she teaches him humility and kindness. After sacrificing his life to save Jane and her world, Thor's powers are restored
and he leaves earth, bound for Asgard, but promises that he will be back for her... someday...

Jane : I'm sorry. But I can't take you.

[he takes her hand and kisses it]

[as Jane is driving Thor to get his hammer]

Thor: Many times. But you're brave to do it.
Jane : Well, they just stole my entire life's work. I didn't really have much left to lose.

Jane : Well, what ever it is, the government seems to think it's theirs. So you just intend to go in there and take it?
Thor: Yes. If you take me there now, I'll tell you everything you wish to know.

I watched the movie two days ago and i fell in love with these two. I love them!!!!!! im complete obsessed.

Is the first time that i ship in a movie based in a comic book.

I really hope that soon we can talk about the scenes in the movies

Since its still being released in most parts of the world, how spoilery are we getting or are we just keeping it to general comments for now?

Btw: Their chemistry is great! i didnt know what to expect going in. Ive been such a Chris Hemsworth since his days on the Australian soap Home and Away. And he did such a fantastic job!

I was so excited when I heard Kenneth Branagh was doing a Thor. I then got more excited when I learned Chris and Natalie were going to costar. Just by looking at them you know they're going to work amazingly.

Hmm, interesting I didn't even know Kenneth had been considered! But I'm so happy that the role went to Chris and that Natalie is Jane

And I agree-the two of them seem to have such great chemistry and it looks like they'd have fun working together
