I think you are supposed to alternate heat and cold. Cold to reduce swelling ang heat to keep you from getting stiff.

Which reminds me of a story. Did I ever telll you guys about tearing the ligaments in my foot last September? My foot was about 4 times its normal but it wasn't so bad that it kept me from trying to get to the sequester house. lol Darn gated communities.!

That house was only about 15 minutes from my dad's. I kept wishing I was down there visiting him...LOL!

It was about 4 miles from my best friends house so since I was there I figured why not go. It was right across the road from the Ronald Reagan Library in Simi.

I just got a text from sludaughter, it will take her 20 minutes to get out of the ampitheatre, then to her car, then a cluster f to get out of the parking lot.

Please keep good thoughts for sludaughter to get home from an intense teeny bopper concert!!!!
