Erik/Christine (Phantom of the opera). I know they weren´t technically "together" but they did love each other, Christine was just so scared of her feelings for him. Gerard´s acting here is flawless!

The House/Cuddy breakup in House 7x15 is brutal, I was crying hysterically watching it the first time. Even now it gives me this ache inside.

Brook and Lucas - I am not even a lover of those two but Sophia brought me to tears.

Also Ross/Rachel. I still think it is the best performance I have ever seen. That scene is about 15 years old now but I just don't think anything for me will ever come close to matching the heartbreak of that.

Well, beyond the fact that Sophia is, in my opinion, one of the best actors I've ever seen on a teen show, I think it also really hit home since she had been married and then divorced to Chad, and the break-up was messy. So I feel like she was partly speaking from Brooke's heart, and also from her own. How Chad ever cheated on someone as stunning and great as Sophia, I will never know.

Oh I remember that scene. Even though I understood why they weren't meant to end up together, them realizing it was really heartbreaking, because they had meant so much to one another, and they had been so close, as friends and then lovers
