To find out that he died ... it was just . The way they had them separate, and then he had an affair with the nurse in California ... the show just changed, IMO. Then the whole "family wins the lottery" storyline .

Same here, I only liked one episode in the last season, the one where Darlene and David had their baby. I was sad about Dan/Roseanne and David/Darlene.

And the usual for me, Jackie/Hyde.

Dan cheat on Roseanne was the worst. So was them winning the lotto. The only way to answer for that mess was to have Roseanne write a book.But then I didn't like that in the end the girls were with the other's husband.

My recent disappointments.

Daniel/Kate (Perception)
I was fine with them as friends, to be honest. There are was a few hints in season one, but since then their relationship was strictly platonic. Now he is aware of his feelings for her and she's remarried Donnie in the finale. I think cancellation messed up things. It's just my assumption that they had planned to explore Daniel feelings before the news about cancellation came out and not after, as I originally presumed. And in the finale it was easier to shoot/reshoot one scene in church with wedding. And it's logical as well, I mean, we had them planing it, etc. And it will be strange to Kate and Daniel hook up all of sudden in last minute. So the wedding it is. So we have a conclusion and the finale feeling, sort of. Maybe Kate wasn't supposed to remarry Donnie that quick after her abduction giving time to her and Daniel to evolve. Again, that is just my assumption.
Annie/Auggie (Covert affairs)
Totally blame it on the writers. Yes, cancellation have made some impact, but it's still unclear to me if they wanted to show say goodbye on open ending note. Because in season five it's look like they had regretted about listening shippers and bringing Auggie/Annie together. In season five it's all like they weren't together at all. I don't know if they are planned to eventually rekindle romance between Annie and Auggie but something tells me that they wasn't completely over. What is upset me the most that they had so genuine and generous friendship and that also was thrown away. Only last few episodes had a reminiscence of their previous relationship.

In general, both shows managed to wrap things up, but it's clear as day that it wasn't a proper finale. Especially on the relationships matter. That could be more and most likely had planned.

Glad to see another Gio and Betty fan. I was so angry with the way their storyline ended.
