I loved them in 3.2 as it showed growth.

What episode and situation was it where Derek called up Stiles to tell him "Stiles get out of there!" Was that when Isaac was on a rampage?

It was episode 1x09. Stiles and Derek were at the hospital trying to find out information on whether or not Scott's mom actually sent the text or not. And then Derek was on the phone with Stiles when he was looking for his then comoatos uncle, and Derek realized that Peter was the Alpha. One of my favorite Sterek moments actually.
