I love Dair because to me they are the perfect example of what a real
life healthy relationship should be like. I loved the slow buildup,
having them start out as enemies, to friends, to now lovers.
I love their banter and they make me laugh. I started liking them
because they opened my eyes to what true love really is.
These two love each other for who they are and they bring out the
best in each other. Dan and Blair inspire me, and because of them

I love Dan and Blair because they make each other happy
and that's what real love should be about.
I love their chemistry, funny banter, and how they share the same
interests, for example towards movies. Honestly, I can't say that I was
Blair's biggest fan in the beginning, but Dan has brought out her sweet
and funny side, and with him she's realized that love is not about
scheming or being miserable all the time. I love Dan and Blair together because
they can be themselves with each other without any requirements.

I'm proud and a little surprised with how far they have come.
It's just great to be shipping the Gossip Girl pairing with the longest
on-screen build up. It's just so fortunate to have a great realistic build
up that actually makes sense. So I can hope things only go up for Dair.
I love their whole hate-love relationship and just to see the growth in
each episode is great. I love how Dan loves Blair for who she truly is,
he went from despising her to loving her so he knows all her flaws and
she knows his so they can accept each other and have an honest relationship.

With Dan & Blair I’m not just rooting for a couple I love to
watch on tv, I’m rooting for a lifestyle. The screwball romance. The
friendship that emerges from hatred, that flourishes by doing things
together and sharing their minds. The romance that emerges from
that friendship. One that is based on a desire for happiness above all,
on respect, trust and genuine brightness. Dan and Blair shine bright,
and perhaps why I love them more than so many other pairings is

One of the things I love about Dan and Blair is that he appreciates her
darkness and her lightness. They see the other's flaws, and they fall
for each other regardless. D&B challenge one other, but they also
support each other. Dan doesn't want Blair to change who she his, but
he can help her see things from a warmer point-of-view. Blair is finally
realizing that Humphrey may not be a member of high-society, but
he's tasteful and interesting. And this guy from Brooklyn is finally
realizing, because of Blair, that imperfection is beautiful. Best of all,
Dan treats Blair like an equal. He cares about her and protects her. He
loves her. And deep down, we all know Blair feels the same way.
Maybe so much so that she's let everything else in her life spiral out of
control in order to avoid the fact that this bond -- something so
unplanned and unwanted -- is The Real Thing. Not the very thing she's
been dreaming about since she was a little girl, but something better.
Something true and attainable and satisfying. Pure, simple love. The
