I remember some decent scenes during season 6 when they see each other on the staircase. There were so many sparks there. I agree that the writers should have let them atleast be friends. After that episode, it was like their friendship never returned.

I like how she would make excuses to see him. The writers made it a point that there was a distance between Manhattan and Brooklyn. She even did dishes to spend time with him. She was falling so hard for him too

& the explanation afterwards really didn't make sense.....she said it made her realize that she wanted to be with Chuck....but that was already her plan! It's classic Blair with the denial

Lol, might have been a way for her to kiss him without admitting to herself she wanted to. Them resisting liking each other in the first place (her longer than him) was part of their cuteness.

Their buildup was the best. For me it was about the only fun sl this show ever did.

agree. Before the Dair storyline, GG was background noise to me. I don't remember much about any other stories
