I'm glad I didn't watch Season 6 and only a few clips on YT.
Love that gifset. I can't take it seriously at all. Dan being GG was really just perfect for us. It made the show completely a joke.  __________________

I did take it seriously, well to some extent, because I was pissed with the way Blair treated Dan.

Yeah, they completely ruined Blair...but that's partly why I couldn't take it seriously. It wasn't Blair, she wasn't a character anymore, just a puppet Leighton played to fan pander.

So glad I didn't watch. I had a feeling they would go the way some shows do when they end a couple. End it like nothing was there between them. I'll stick with my met steps ending.

It was stupid though. I didn't watch but they could have gone back to CB without making Blair so terrible. How do you call someone your best friend and then treat them like that? I'd be worried for anybody who's friends with Blair.

My thoughts exactly, they could just break up Dan and Blair, but no, they had to go and make Blair treat him like dirt, and everyone else hating on him and saying mean things to him...

Ugh hearing you guys talk about how awful S6 was is making me super glad I never watched that hot mess. Especially how it seems like Blair was ruined permanently as a character.
That elevator scene was so sexy BTW.  They were just so happy and in love in the last scene in that episode.  __________________
