I really don't hate any couples except for Clark and Lana; Lucas and Peyton. I do think some couples get more hype than they deserve.

Julie, I was a Skater until I watched season 3. It felt like all her action towards Sawyer was a reaction to sth Jack did. That's not sth I would base a relationship on. JMO

I agree, I dislike Clark/Lana and Lucas Peyton too.

But as for couples getting more hype than they deserve: Brooke/Julian and Sawyer/Juliet. Absolutely no chemistry and Sawyer is pussy whipped and Julian is a cheap Lucas copycat.

I totally agree and I love your icon! Makes me remember the good old days. LP especially in the later season are just not redeemable. Well mostly Peyton. He calls her like 2 hrs after he is going to marry Lindsey and she comes running. He treated her like dirt and I don't like Peyton but she deserved better than that.

I think Lucas/Peyton were okay in the earlier seasons, but then Mark went too far into Brooke/Lucas and the pairing started to make no sense and made Lucas look really redudant in his stupidity, lol. Also, really lost the chemistry they kinda had in the earlier seasons, I felt bad for the Mark he ruined his couple.

As for couples getting the LACK of hype they deserve, Jack and Kate. I mean they always manage to top worst chemistry or couple lists every year, with good reason. In a reccent interview, MF is asked what character he would like to play other than Jack, he says Ben. Doesnt he want to play a romantic character? I think a lot of the times when an actor cannot see themselves in a role of the romantic hero, it does come across onscreen and that is one of the problems with Jack/Kate, they dont have any charm because Jack has no charm. Its like Evi sometimes tries to force the chemistry that Matt puts no effort into during their scenes.

I didnt like Brooke with Owen because it looked as if Mark was just trying to thrown any male character at Brooke so people would ship them and give up on BL. I also hated that she got in the car naked with him the way she did with Lucas in season 1. Cant mark get new material for a ship, instead of stealing from other couples?

Thanks, bb! I know. How low can a girl sink? I love the scene where she comes home in tears and Brooke comforts her by the fireplace, but that's the only good thing that came out of that situation. Peyton was so mean to everyone. Poor Lindsay bought a one ticket on the Lucas Scott Betrayal Train and she didn't even know it. But that's kind of her fault, because being an editor you didn't think it would take her that ****ing long to realize that the comet was Peyton's car, jfc.
