Ste/Doug Ste said it perfectly "The reason why we didnt work out is because you tried to make me into something that I'm not." And when Ste couldnt be what Doug wanted him to be, Doug pitched a fit. Everything in their relationship was about Doug and what he wanted or DOUG getting hurt. Never mind Ste and what he wanted/needed. They brought out the absolute worst in one another. Always have and always will. Doug was an obvious rebound for Ste too because he always went back to him when things went south in his relationship with Brendan.

Oliver/Laurel Can this couple just die already? They say the same damn thing to each other in every episode. Plus whatever chemistry Stephen and Katie had in the first season is so not there anymore. Its like they arent even trying anymore. Plus I dont want anything romantic with Oliver until they work on Laurel's character. ALSO why would she want to be with him when he cheated on her with her SISTER and took her SISTER on a cruise with him when he was dating Laurel? I dont get this pairing at all and I probably never will.

I couldnt hate these two ships harder if I tried.

Dylan & Kelly

I honestly do not understand this 90210 ship, and I never will. Brandon Walsh was the best relationship Kelly ever had, and rather than end the series with their wedding, the show runners decided to break them up over a couple of wedding jitters just to keep the show on unnecessarily for a couple more seasons. What eventually became of Dylan/Kelly? He became a deadbeat dad who left her as a single parent with a son to raise on her own. A son who now has to worry about possibly inheriting a drug & alcohol addiction as well as an increasingly receding hairline.

Thanks for your reply. Yeah, those were rather unusual cases. The Cesare/Lucrezia ship did in fact end up becoming an actual ship, as all signs pointed to that. But I understand that the incest angle probably did create some criticism. But then GOT has Jaime and Cersei, which is one of the highest rated shows on the air, and their relationship is somewhat more vulgar compared to Cesare and Lucrezia's, which was portrayed with greater subtlety. Even C/L's love scene got raves from critics.

Peter/Claire was a bit of a heartbreaking moment for Heroes fans, since there was all that boy-meets-girl chemistry at the beginning, followed by the revelation that they were related at the halfway mark. But they still have a relationship that is both familial, as well as one of deep trust, understanding, and closeness. And of course, their episodes together tended to be the highest rated ones. I just couldn't understand Hook/Aurora because they were in a single scene for all of 20 seconds, and aside from him ripping her heart out, there wasn't much else there to suggest anything.

I agree with the above. Dylan/Kelly turned into a train wreck and brandon/Kelly deserved their happy ending

Ryan Murphy deserves a special mention for finally realizing people only want Taissa/Evan playing a couple and aren't interested in seeing Evan with his real life girlfriend on screen or a love triangle.
He thought fans would be "happy" with the girls sharing Kyle *facepalm*.


Most of the times AU couples are just for fun. Like I said before shipping should be fun and I see nothing wrong with people making fanarts and writing fics about I ship they like (canon or not). I prefer people genuinely shipping an AU ship than the "convenience" shipping I sometimes see (lets ship the character I hate and consider the third wheel with any person he/she makes eye contact).

I agree with everything you said about Cesare/Lucrezia I quit watching GoT during S2 because for me all HBO shows are the same: torture porn and too much violence against women. At some point I couldn't stomach it anymore. The incest didn't bother me at all.

The Peter/Claire thing still angers me to this day. It's very rare to find two actors with that kind of chemistry and Kring let it all go to waste. It was obvious he was making things up along the way so Claire's biological father could have been anyone. Also it pisses me off that they could change Sylar's connection with the Petrellis but they couldn't change Claire's status.
Still it's funny that he realized how huge Peter/Claire were too late and started giving them scenes together because he knew it would help the ratings.

They did but the only satisfaction I have is that Kelly probably never loved Dylan like she loved Brandon. Plus, Dylan turned out to be the loser he always was when paired with Kelly. She brought out the worst in him, just like he did her .

They really were disgusting I can't figure out why the writers put them together in the end. I guess because neither Shannon or Jason could be coerced to comeback. I wish they had though .
