Buffy&Angel #19- Because Forever...that's the whole point.
 Welcome to the 19th Immortal Lovers Thread.  made by Mira. This thread is to appreciate one of the most beautiful love stories ever told between Buffy Summers, the vampire slayer and Angel, the vampire. Buffy was born to fight vampires; born to destroy their very kind..... It was in her very blood in her very existance. The only thing in Angel's nature was to kill and bring evil to the world once he got turned into a vampire. It may seem like they were born to hate each other. But that's where you're wrong. They were born to love. Everything changed when Angel fed on a gypsy girl one night. Her family got their revenge by returning his soul to his body. Like a vampire having a concious, he was haunted and tortured on a day by day basis of all the victims he maimed and killed over the years. Angel tried to fight it... tried to remain who he was, a vicious killer, but he could not. Instead he chooses to live on the streets for ninety years, alone, and in misery. That was until a demon named Whistler, his purpose to even the score between good&evil, comes to him and offers him a purpose.. someone to be counted for. His purpose? To help the slayer. And just like that Angel watches Buffy from afar and realizes that he wants to become somebody..he wants to help her.
