It's pretty harsh. I laughed, but cringed.
 Well, the only thing that really made me cringe was the Tina "eye de-slanting" part.I've seen a lot of discussion on tumblr that it's character regression for Santana. She stood up to Karofsky and then she just went back to bullying again. But I don't look at it that way. Standing up to Karofsky was great character development, but she's not just going to stop being a bitch and be all rainbows and sunshine because of it. It'll take time. And even so, I don't think she'll fully stop being a bitch. The clip actually made me really sad for Santana. She said if you don't like something about yourself, just change it. The obvious first thought is the physical, Santana got her boob job because she didn't like her boobs (and she wanted to be noticed). But it can also refer to her to her looking into the mirror, seeing that she is a lesbian, and deciding that she would do her damn best to feign heterosexuality. She didn't just try to change something on the outside, but she tried to change something on the inside as well. __________________

I agree with everything you just said. I didn't think it was a character regression at all. My first thought was, "Yes! Santana is back bitches!" but then I got really excited because it makes me think that we're going to get some awesome character development in BTW, and I cannot WAIT for Tuesday to get here!

Yeah, it just made me really hopeful that we'll get some great character development!
 And LOL at Will.  His, "Woah, guys!" after Santana is done attacking everyone.  He just waits until she is done. He's such an awful teacher.  __________________
