I didn't watch any episodes yesterday - instead I read some fics.

Brennan: “You know, I was thinking, when you were in there with him [Noel]... What if
you never came back to...to us? You know, the team.”
Shalimar: “And what would that be like...for the team.”
Brennan: “Well, I...I don’t know what ‘we’ would do without you.”
Shalimar: [smiling] “That’s nice.” [Gives Brennan a sweet kiss]

The subtext freaking KILLS me. He almost said "to me" but covers it up, and she plays along and even gives him a kiss. And don't even get me started on his shy smile (rarely seen from this guy) as he was trying to tell her what it would be like "for the team." So, so adorable!

Even though this wasn't "technically" them, it still speaks volumes that that interrogator (I already forget his name) drew this from her subconscious. She wants to be Brennan's wife and wake up next to him every morning.

I watched "A Normal Life" last night - I love how only Brennan knew about the calls she'd been getting (from Adam), and that even though she was helping Keith and starting to care for him, she still went back to Brennan and was so concerned for him.



B: You came back-
S: Of course I did. [kisses his cheek; strokes his face]


B: Hey are you OK?
S: [walks up to him, puts her hands gently on his chest] He just wanted to be free, you know?
B: I know. Look, if you need to talk about anything, I'm here. [kisses the top of her head]

Haha yeah and she's like hanging upside down at one point too. I love when she slapped his ass, and later after Lexa had explained their mission he did the same.

Seriously when he pins her up against the wall, it could not get any hotter. (Unless they would've started kissing. )

Idk if I could pick a favourite moment - there's too many awesome ones.

I adore all their scenes in the S1 finale, "A Breed Apart." The fighting together to keep their powers under control, the sharing the water bottle, filled with desire looking at the other person, and then his 'speech' to her outside their rooms, about how he was glad to have her back, and that he tried to stop Ashlocke from taking her. And the way he pulled her into a hug, his hand cupping the back of her head and I swear he was smelling her hair..the way they looked at one another after pulling back, the way their lips ALMOST touched, just before Emma broke the trance. *Can you tell I'm obsessed? LMAO. So, soo obsessed. *
