Betty/Jughead #1: Because if he ever got interested in girls, she'd be the first one
Wah whoops - I made a mistake in the title - is there any way to edit it?
Well I saw the Archie/Veronica thread and I couldn't resist :p  Betty/Jughead Appreciation Thread  Because he's always there for her with a shoulder to cry on Because he doesn't like the way Archie treats Betty sometimes Because if he ever started liking girls, she'd be the first one he'd go after Because she's a great cook, and he loves to eat! Because he appreciates her more than Archie ever could    Anyone else a fan? |

ooh, I'm more of a betty/reggie fan but now that I've seen this thread I admit the concept of betty/jughead sounds quite interesting

I've heard the idea of both, but I like Betty/Jughead more. I love how on occasion Jughead yells at Archie to treat Betty better. And he'll always provide a shoulder to cry on
 What got me into this pair was one comic about the two of them going on a date to an amusement park (Archie couldn't make it so Jughead took his place) and then they both ended up having an amazing time together. The second one was when they were kids and Jughead said to Betty after she got ditched by Archie again, "Betty, if I ever start liking girls, you'll be the first one I'll go after". |

No. :p It was a "little Archie" comic. So it was before any of them hit puberty.

Can I be added? I like the idea of this pairing. I have been reading the comics for a long time and I love how Jughead stands up for Betty when Archie isn't treating her so well. I liked Betty and Reggie when Reggie isn't acting like a jerk but I think Betty and Jughead would be an interesting pair.
