I agree. It also fit the show. I am so glad, they didn't sacrifice heart for humor. As much as I love Chandler and Monica and waited so long for their wedding, I was a bit underwhelmed. I did love their vows though, but Joey in his movie costume and substitute minister and so on, lame. Here, everything worked! It felt like our show and these people. Probably one of my favorite tv weddings of all time, as well as one of my favorite tv proposals, ever.

It was okay, and I have watched it a bunch, because it’s Mon and Chandler. But I think they leaned into the humor a bit too much. Plus they had to service all six of them. I’m sounding more negative than I want, because I do like it. But I love Ben and Leslie’s. Everything, I mean everything works. It fit them, the show, not too over the top, or funny, the perfect amount of heart. It all worked. Even them leaving their friends sleeping, and going home as husband and wife.
