Because now Emma is better than anyone else. She isn't the underdog who actually had to struggle to get things, now she's perfect and she gets everything easily.

But last season it wasn't like this. Emma got played and she suffered consequences for her actions. She wasn't the best last season. She actually had to fight and struggle to get what she wanted.

I just hate when this happens to female characters.

I was absolutely gutted after watching tonight's episode.

No interaction was certainly better than what we got. I mean, we can still AU ship them cause that's what they've always been.

But now I'm thinking up theories that might absolve Hook and give Aurora her agency again.

What if they're working together to defeat Cora and get the gang to SB? I know I'm grasping at straws here

But we already know that Aurora is willing to do whatever is necessary for the greater good and Hook's need for revenge will fuel him to go to any and all extremes.

Just a theory.

This is why I love the Hook/Aurora fandom. People are not excusing his behavior. It's so great.

Like everyone I'll just go back to my AU paradise and pray for Aurora's safety.

I KNOW! If there had been no interaction at all, we could still have our little corner and create glorious AU stuff. Now it's tainted. I'm mad, but mostly I'm sad.
