I like Morgana and Merlin as friends because they have the same secret in common (though Morgana is yet to fully understand it) and I would love for them to confide in one another at some point. I would even love for Arthur to be a bit jealous of their bond. But I don't see it going anywhere romantic.

I feel the same. I'd love to see a Morgana/Merlin friendship to blossom. Would work two-way for me as a shipper.

I kinda slash Arthur/Merline sometimes anyway.

Two of Arthur's lovelies are hanging out... now that can't be good. He'd be soooooooo jealous, I flove it. They could use this as a catalyst for Gwen/Arthur as well... make it seem like it was Arthur's jealousy of Morgana/Merlin that drove him to pursue Gwen as retaliation. Coz, well, if they have to pursue Gwen/Arthur... might as well to our advantage.

Well in the GG books Chuck/Blair never were together at ALL. So ya never know. Merlin could change things as well

A lot of TV series that come from books HAVE to change huge things in order for a TV show to work. I'm hoping that is the case with Merlin.

S/N not being pursued is the biggest letdown of GG for me.

But CB is the biggest upside.

And, well... if they're gonna stick to Guinevere becoming queen... the least they could do is stick to giving Arthur and Morgana a son.

Give Gwen and Lance their sexy time and we should get ours. Arthur only had a kid from Morgana and that's that.

That would be such a cop out, that's like the whole point.
But this Gwen is such a goody two shoes, I don't know...
