TFTNT Deborah.
Paul was a cutie for sure. :D |
He was definitely one of the more attractive ones, methinks.
"I'll get this checked out, sir." I LOVE Brian's face when he's like, "This is your phone number." Hahaha. I love when he's on his cute game, versus his straight up :censored: me game. :melt: |
Brian was definitely multi-faceted. :D
That smile!! :melt: |

hmm when was it not appropriat :look: or better when was it  have to think about it a bit more |
I thought of a new (possibly :P) one. Your favorite cinematic scene? One fresh in my mind right now is the end of 3x14, with the rainbow flag against the black and white backdrop - then the very end of the episode with Brian and Justin out in the street and all the blurred lights and people around them, and the colors change. This show's cinematography was truly on another level...

And the final lovemaking scene where the images were projected onto their bodies. That was pretty cool too! |
That scene where Justin is in Babylon and he rips off his shirt and walks towards the dance floor. I really like that shot.
The flag bright against the black and white background is so beautiful too. |

I loooove their final love scene with the projections! :melt: So cool. I also love when Brian and Mikey are eating and we see their past selves through the window. There's another Brian bed scene I think is really cool - I think he's getting a BJ from a trick? And looking at the picture Justin drew of himself...but the camera pans up above his head and it goes over those blue lights and they all slowly blur and it looks like there's a lot more of them...I'm not sure if I'm thinking of the right scene. But it looks super cool. Quote:

those are all amazing scenes with a lot of art in it. I love when they do things like that. playing with light and colours
|
I definitely have to credit this show for being so cinematic. There are certain shots and lighting techniques, etc that worked so well. This show truly had it all.
|
^ It really, really did. It's a masterpiece.
I have to say, I'm on the fence about how they shot the "Lover's Spit" scene. I get a little frustrated with so much of it being behind the blurred glass/blinds. I'm like, we wanna see the whole thing!! It does look nice the way they did it... I just wish there was a little more of the camera in the office than out...and it ends through the window view, too. Like c'mon, the fans were waiting for that reunification forever. |

I heard that the developers wanted each episode to feel like an independent movie. That could explain the extraordinary cinematography. I'm really just amazed by each aspect of this film. Cinematography, soundtrack, writing, acting, set design (the end of season 3 with each couple being color coordinated blew my mind), etc. |
