I love how Ted stuck around the whole time Blake was battling with his crystal addiction, and didn't give up so easily on him. You know, to Emmet's stark disapproval. I mean...I can understand that Emmet didn't want Ted dealing with him, but looking after Blake was something that was put on his heart to do.

I could imagine Ted's mother liking Blake from the beginning. He's cute, and can cook, so what else a mother could wish for?
