I think we had another break down and then probably found help or realized that he needed help and then started to work there. He might not have visited Babylon anymore, especially after he got clean. Because he didn't feel strong enough.

Ted looked completely devastated upon finding out Blake had left. When he drops Blake's copy of La Traviata CD on the floor as he's leaving, that shows how distraught he was. I'm glad Emmett was there with him to console him, and be that support.
I've always wondered where Blake went that night. Maybe he left that city altogether because there was too many triggers there to feed his addiction. __________________

I really think he didn't feel strong enough.
I mean remember when they met again and Blake was so insecure and so scared that they wouldn't make it because they always started a relationship for the wrong reasons... they really had a bad timing __________________

True, there were so many things... shame, doubtfulness, etc., that must have been running through Blake's mind at that point. He said he didn't want Ted seeing him that way.

I meant in Season 3 when Ted went to rehab.
When he was scared they started it again for the wrong reasons. __________________

That too, but he also knew that Ted wasn't healthy by now, that he was still in danger to get back to drugs (see their last scene in S4) and that now Ted would want him to save him, just like Blake wanted Ted to save him back in S1. And that wouldn't work, so he told him that it was too soon.

Steffi You are so right. If he couldn't save himself, no one or nothing else could... not even love. You can only get well on your own terms, provided the desire and drive to do so is strong enough. It's a real battle.

He wasn't ready back in Season 1 but it was so sad.
I liked him so much and he truly loved Ted and Ted deserved to be loved and happy and then he was gone __________________
