Possibly! This was probably like a regular thing for her, she certainly didn't seem to shocked by it.

I love how excited Ted was to be seeing Blake in this new way. You can tell he more than wanted him to succeed -- he even bought him the suit.

What's sad is that Blake knew he would fall through the cracks and relapse again. But Ted still believed in him.

Blake knew his week spot but it also showed, that no love was able to protect the ones who doesn't want to be protected

All very true. And this scene came after the moment in Babylon where Emmett confronts him about his usage, too. So Blake lying there... he knew he had messed up by making trades with his dealer. Which is why he kept saying, "no, no, I don't want you to help me" to Ted. He probably knew he was a bit of lost cause for meth.
Ted thought that if he could love him hard enough that it would fix him, but sometimes drugs take over no matter what. It sucks, too. Unless... unless the person in question gets the help that is required to get back on track. Still, it was sweet seeing Ted being in full protective mode, supporting him emotionally, financially (if he needed it), and investing everything into the relationship. __________________

I love them so much.
I wish they would've made a Blake a regular... I was always soooo happy when he showed up and so disappointed when he disappeared and Ted was "falling" for someone else. IMO Ted only ever truly loved Blake. __________________

I agree, they're meant for each other.
Does anyone else get the idea that Emmett was a tad bit jealous? __________________

now that you mention it.. maybe not at the begining.. I think then he only was concerned that Ted would get hurt and wanted to protect him, but later when Ted met Blake again in rehab, he was not just a bit jealous

Well it was a hard time for Emmett.
He was practically still Ted's boyfriend during that time and he was losing him and couldn't do anything to help him. That's horrible. And then Blake showed up and he could help and did. Honestly, everyone would be jealous. I don't think it was a jealousy resulting out of being in love, but more out of helplessness. __________________

but it also was so sad to see how Blake at the end sent Ted away , knowing that a relationship with him at this point wouldn't be good for Ted at this moment.. it must have been hard too __________________

Oh, I meant in season 1... but I enjoyed hearing both your thoughts, Steffi and Daggi. It's not a question whether Emmett was jealous later on in the show when he and Ted went out and broke up, only for Ted to meet up with Blake. Because he most certainly was! That was certainly a slap in the face to him, no doubt.
There were times in season one where he just came off as jealous to me. Saying things like "Hello young lovers..." *makes gagging gesture* and then his quip about being the only single boy left. Of course after what happened, Blake was considered a threat to Ted, and Emmett was in full protective mode, because he loved Ted, and wanted the best for him. But sometimes I wonder how much of that came from a place of complete concern for Ted's well-being, and how much of it was him being jealous. I don't know, I could be completely wrong, but that's what I picked up. __________________

I still don't think Em was jealous our of love then.. more because , as you mentioned, he was the only one who didn't manage to find a boyfriend, cause we know he was looking verymhard :sheug:
