Never thought of that, well observed! But, I thought gold stuff could be, huh, unengraved Gold has an intrinsic value after all, I would think it could be sold, resold, returned, more or less at will... I have no idea how it really works, though

It's true. Gold, engraved or not can be melted down, reformed, and resold. Although, maybe the original Brain, may not have had the rings engraved, it's been fun letting our imaginations run wild.

Maybe my parents' generation ...!!! I don't like gold so I'd have silver or platinum ... and the guys whose wedding I was at in August had identical platinum rings with a really elegant design that they came up with themselves!

If they were engraved, they would have to be something really meaningful, but in character….nothing sappy or "romantic".

I have a yellow wedding band, a yellow anniversary, a white anniversary, a yellow right hand and a platinum right hand. I have to match jewelry. And I always wear a watch (which also has to match the color of the rings)

OMB hun that sounds .. ummm .. like a lot of jewellery!!!

IF they were engraved then I agree that Brian wouldn't opt for romantic!

Depends on what you consider romantic. I'm sure that something like "the guy I f more than once" would be going too far, even for Brian
