I agree, she knew him pretty well well enough to know what kind of building he needed. I love when they're talking about it in the loft, before Justin comes back home with the new haircut. I love the idea of Brian and Jennifer hanging out for whatever reason even when Justin is not around

In S4 it was absolutely love that first night, not so much but Justin is too adorable when he says that. And I think he really believes it, which I guess in some way makes it true.
