.Well, I think Brian did realize that he really needed the money and it wouldn't kill him to accept a little help There are propably sweeter things to swallow than your pride but I was glad that he did it. Another step on his way of growing up - even though he managed to turn it into a loan afterwards ![]() __________________ Who says love is an easy ride - General Motors? | Yes. He gave Lindsay a cheque at the Kinnetik opening party. Here's the dialogue: Brian: The Concerned Citizens for the Truth would like to thank the citizens of Liberty Avenue for their generous support. Lindsay: Brian, it was a gift, a way of saying thank you. Brian: Well, now it's my turn. [...] __________________ Who says love is an easy ride - General Motors?

| It always felt that at the beginning of that episode Brian was back to his old self. He seemed to "soften" a bit before but with the opening of Kinnetic and him giving the money back that changed again. The dubbing was okay, I guess. Apart from the fact that the voices of Brian and Justin don´t fit in general but you already know that. ![]() | |||

Even though I agree he fell back in former behavioural patterns when it came to the cancer. ![]() Quote:
The guy makes Justin sound like the little snotty-nosed gay boy next door IMO ![]() __________________ Who says love is an easy ride - General Motors?

| I switched on the spanish dubbing of the U.S. DVD's. It was episode 4.13 I guess, the one where Justin follows Brian to the gym and helps him visualize his goals. It sounded pretty weird but maybe that was due to the fact that I don't understand a single word of Spanish. Wait, I know Si and Olé. ![]() __________________ Who says love is an easy ride - General Motors? | |||

| Dubbing usually sucks no matter the language ![]() As for Brian turning that gift into a loan - I think it's not only a question of not wanting to owe anything to anyone but also the fact that Brian is in fact a very generous person. He didn't need the financial help anymore and his way of saying "thank you for that gift" was returning the favor to the people who helped him. I'm pretty sure he knew Linds would take good care of it, making a donation to one of the Liberty Ave organizations. | |||

| What did you think about Michael and Hunter's come back and the whole storyline with Hunter's mother? | |||
