But in this scene he was totally in the moment with his best friend and it was an amazing scene!!

Mikey was living in the moment and enjoying every minute of it too. 
For Brian, it was such an innocent gesture shared between best friends high or sober. I must admit sometimes they pushed the envelope. However, when they were in the bathroom at Babylon doing poppers and Mikey initiated the first move in that very deep and long kiss....Brian was like....Hit pause...Mikey what are you doing?
