thanks for the new thread :)

Mel looks so pissed off with Michael in that 4th picture

Manu9 03-29-2011 12:37 PM

Was it about the pregnancy?

WildRose 03-29-2011 01:49 PM

thanks for the new thread,Manu.

yeah,Mel was pised when Michael followed her home that night.

galesgirl645 03-29-2011 06:11 PM

Yeah Michael was stalking her

I can't blame Michael for that. Maybe it wasn't the right thing to do, but he was worried, just like Lindsay was too. I like when he and Brian are talking about it in the diner and Debbie at first says there's nothing to worry about and then she changes idea and Michael gets into a panic even more

WildRose 03-30-2011 07:57 AM

 I really loved the bond that Debbi created with Mel during her (very long ) pregnancy. she was, after all, carrying Debbie's grandchild, and she cared about her.

Poor Michael  he can be so dramatic sometimes

Manu9 03-30-2011 02:40 PM

He wasn't wrong this time though, since Mel did end up having trouble because of how she wouldn't get some rest.

galesgirl645 03-30-2011 05:53 PM

In the end I'm sure Mel was glad Michael was stalking her

Manu9 03-31-2011 04:53 AM

Yeah, ultimately she needed his help and to take it easier. I understand it sucked to have to take a step back when her career was moving forward, but the child and her own well being had to come first.

galesgirl645 03-31-2011 01:38 PM

I think she didn't like that she couldn't be in control of everything.

Manu9 03-31-2011 02:33 PM

 she was used to being in control of her life and her job and she also had some ambitions. Plus, the case she was following probably hit close to home, since it was about lesbians.

galesgirl645 03-31-2011 06:17 PM

I guess she felt that she would be letting down lesbians everywhere if she didn't win the case but her pregnancy and health were more important.

it was about being in control for her.

Mel took the wrong decision when she worked so hard, and risked herself and the baby, but on the other hand I can understand she needed to prove a point. I mean even back in S1, when she helped Brian with the Kip case she admited that despite the fact he's gay it's still easier for him to get along in the world because he's a man...
