 I love you, season one.  I adore oldschool Brian Kinney. The hardass. The badboy. "Do anything, say anything, f  k anything" Brian.  Also, one scene in particular I wanted to bring up. The very end of 1x03, when Michael is up on the balcony watching Brian and Justin dancing, and you see them on the big monitor behind Michael, looking up at him. This scene tears me, because part of me thinks it's so cute, but part of me is like, "Aww, Michael  ". He's really seeing Brian start to become interested in someone for the first time, and he just basically got rejected by Brian in the bathroom (another scene I LOVE, but won't get into...on this board  ). Either way, I loooove the end of that episode and how they set that up, cinematically.__________________

Taht scee really is made beautifully
I love how they are big on the background. I always wonder if they knew Babylon had cameras like that, or if they were looking at Michaeland I love how Emmett is dancing away up on that balcony __________________

I just have to swoop in and declare my love for "King of Babylon". That episode is definitely in my top 5. This time, however, I want to give Michael some praise. I crack up when he's all pissy with David after his dance, and he's like, "Put your shirt on!" etc. and drags him away by his ear!!  Then later, when Michael totally goes off on David and puts him in his place, and says not to judge people who had the balls to do something he never did, wow. That was such an important moment for Michael! David was always "feeling superior" (just like Brian said in that intro he wrote for him) and talking down to Michael and about his friends, and to see Michael finally give it back to him is SO satisfying. __________________
