Such a fun episode. I love the "High School Confidential" song and the remix of "Song 2" by Blur that David dances to...though I'm frustrated cause I really want it and can't find it anywhere.

I like when Justin's trying to impress Brian and Brian's ignoring him...then Justin steals his trick. My favorite part is probably when the announcer's like, "The next contestant likes The Powerpuff Girls and older men who take him for granted."

I love when Brian takes off to sign on David and comes back saying after Michael asked him that he thouht he signed up himself "why would I do that?" as if it would be the most stupid thing to do in the world

and I have to admit, Dave is looking hot in those ripped jeans and Justin doing that poledance?? just hot hot hot

Justin ruled the King of Babylon. Haha his intro though!! And I love how he stole Brian's trick and was all smug. I mean come on, Brian deserved it.

David was looking mighty fine Chris Potter is totally sexy.

Lol the best was Michael being all whiney and pissed off when people were giving David their numbers. It made me laugh.

I loved Justin's pole dance~ wow! He is a really great dancer!!

Ageeed ~ Michael really did annoy me here when he was telling David to put on his shirt and to stop dancing.

King of Babylon was also the very first and one of the few times we see Brian jealous. His face as Justin said "He's my stalker".... ouch! Now i think Brian totally deserved this making Justin feel so unimportant earlier that night. In my mind, this all stemmed from Em saying earlier the thing about it becoming a couple's night and the only single one left was him and Brian's like "What do you think I am?' as Justin catches up and grabs Brian's arm and they all laugh. As we all know with Brian it's one step forward two steps back. So Brian was all about letting Justin know at Babylon later that night that they weren't a couple....(yeah right Brian, whatever ~ heehee). Then we get to see Brian's stunned face as he goes into the back room and sees Justin with the trick. Justin doesn't get the benefit of seeing, but we see Brian stare, blink, stare again and finally walk away. It was more than Justin getting the trick instead of him I think..and I think the whole thing snuck up on and surprised Brian. Love when he tells Justin "that's enough" as he describes his time with the trick.

I feel like Michael didn't annoy me in this case cause David was always discouraging him from being who he was and looking down his nose at him and his life so...

So true, one of the first instances of Brian jealousy. He did have it coming to him from being such a jerk earlier. He also needed to learn that he -gasp- cared. That was AWESOME when Em said that and Justin ran up and they all laughed.

OMG, I think that's the scene I think it is in the back room...with Garbage's "You Look So Fine" playing...ahhhhhh.... I screamed when I heard that song (one of my fave bands) and it fit the scene very well. I did notice they edited around the part where she says, "I'm not like all of the other girls..." I was listening to it thinking, "How are they going to cut this?" So pretty with the blue lights, too! And doesn't Brian just turn around and walk out, too?! Holy jealousy, Batman!

And ha, also love when Brian tells him to stop talking and then Ted's like, "Speak slowly and annunciate!"

Yes! That is the scene with the Garbage song! After we see Brian looking dumbstruck, he just walks out. Love how Brian flicks Ted’s fingers as he says that~ haha

Ahhhhhh I looooove it. I love that this show was filmed close enough to the '90s that we got such awesome music on it. And yes, LOVE when Brian flicks Ted's fingers.

This was THE most perfect song choice for this scene. It conveys through it's lyrics, atmosphere, and it's melodies all the emotions Brian exudes when he sees Justin going at it with the guy. Brian looked completely heartbroken, in-love, and intrigued all at once. You couldn't help but fall for him too.

Fair enough game, though. Justin HAD to teach him that lesson or he'd never get appreciated.
