That is very interesting, Star! Somewhere in the back of my mind, I actually wondered the same. Hmm... I think like all the other sets, it was built by set designers... and much time, effort, and patience went into making every detail as immaculate as possible.

It would be interesting to know what other indoor shots were locations vs. sets. It makes sense the Loft and the Diner would be sets as they are used many times. But, the hotel was just used one time and it seemed very elaborate. If it is a set, then they did a great job with details.
