What was that sharp instrument that fell onto the floor? I'm glad it fell, would have been dangerous had it stayed on the desk while they were in the act.

What I find SO immensely hot about this particular sex scene is towards the end when Brian is pumping and pumping away, he leans removes kips arms, straddling so he can gain some leverage to go faster. And then Kips starts moaning.

I would say it was a letter opener
