QAF Netflix Version Songs #1
So glad I found this forum! Just discovered this show on Netflix and am in love. It's the first t.v. show I've ever watched where I can truly relate to these characters.
Help, anyone. Netflix replaced ABBA's Chiquitita in the Liberty Avenue pride dance scene with Brian and Justin. I am in LOVE with the replaced song. Anyone know what it is? I have conducted an exhaustive search with no luck.. Hey there...Welcome!
 Unfortunately, there are no listings for the Netflix/Showtime replacement songs. We've done exhaustive searches as well. There are no titles, no artists, no writers or singers...it doesn't make sense, especially with so many new fans being introduced to the show with the replacement music. You'd think they'd want to sell some new music. I'm sorry I don't have better news. __________________

Hey there! Always wonderful to meet someone new who loves the show as much as we all do!
 Unfortunately, Deborah is right, there is no information to be found anywhere about the Netflix tracks.  Has anyone ever contacted Netflix to ask them?__________________

I remember how excited we all were when Showtime announced that they would be re~airing QaF for Pride month last year .. and how quickly that turned to incredulity when we realised that the music had been changed!

Well that sucks.
 I've sent an inquiry to Netflix. I'll report back what/if they respond. I'm about mid-way through Season 2. I have yet to watch a single episode except under water... |

I'm hoping that all this lackluster music featured on the Netflix and Showtime versions of the show is just temporary... and that the music labels are negotiating with the services to have it restored.

I do not have the originals. I'm marathoning on Netflix. But, will definitely be buying the DVDs. I must always have this.
