It's funny how you can do all these things at 18 but you can't drink till you're 21 in America.

could it be it depends in which state you live in?

It is so easy here in Germany.. with 14 you can get arrested for crimes you make, but you will be judged as a youth

when you turn 18 you are done.. here people are told they are grown up yet.. you can do everything.. even if you aren't really grown up, but who cares.. some people aren't when they trn 50
