Not just yours, but I think it too was the writers fault.. they wanted to make her the "over" mum and overdid it sometimes with her sense of protecting Michael.. I love the scenes she has with Brian in his loft after he got fired and later when she brought the tunacasserole.. that is how I imagine her relationship with Brian

yeah a lot of her nasty comments were certainly because of Michael and her love for him - she was a little OTT sometimes I think

it fitted her character, cause she was a very loud and impulsive person, with her heart on the right spot.. that's what made it so hard to see her talking bad about Brian

Yeah I do think her heart was in the right spot but sometimes she just blamed him for too much stuff that she shouldn't have

Like where she says you owe him or let him go and live his life - like Michael couldn't do anything by himself or something.

She's quite a character, but she really did love Brian, which is hard to do sometimes.

well.. maybe she new Michael wouldn't be able to do it himself.. she just didn't know how to get him to do it by herself and shoved Brian in cutting the ties..

Lisa that is one of the most heartbreaking scenes fo me in season 4.. Brian needed the support of someone he saw a mother in.. and even if she wasn'T the first to know, she understood, that he didn't want anybody else to tell her..

Lisa that's one of my favorite quotes, by far. So touching how she forgot about her anger towards him and sprung into protective mother role once he told her about his diagnosis.

That is a good quote and she has started to see how good he is deep down Maybe now that Micheal is happy with Ben she is not so one-sighted and can finally see the real Brian and not just the 14 year old that caused problems sometimes.

I guess she didn't expect to hear anything like that .. and she saw that he had changed with his buisness and all.. as she said..

" the only way he was up that late was when 'it' was up" but since Brian wasn't going in businessclothes to Babylon it was obvious that he came from work...

Yeah I think that is the first time he says it like that - the only other time was when he came into the loft and said 'your partner made partner' and Justin wasn't there
