It always bothers me when Debbie says to Brian to tell Justin he loves him, like he was never able to say to Michael. Like...WHAT? That didn't even make sense.

These are tough words, but Brian needed to hear them. The idea of being truly loved is such a foreign concept to him that he just needs to hear it through words. Its obvious to everyone he loves Justin, and Debbie is doing a splendid job getting him to see that.
Deborah Right, I thought he and Michael were just best friends. Maybe they didn't need to be hearing ILYs from each other for the simple reason that it's been pretty platonic. Unless she meant that he's never been able to express it in a brotherly/friendship sort of way. __________________
