I thought every 15 was good, but I think everyone needs to be on board for it to work.
 If we all planned to pause when we got to certain marks, like the :15 min mark and :30 min mark, I think that would work well.  (Doesn't have to be 15, just a suggestion)But I felt like people asking if we were pausing last time created a bit of chaos.  __________________
