she at least put herself always first. I do think she cares for him, but she herself comes first

At first it was what I think of but later, it's obvious with his childhood... It just don't make sense to me he would put anyone to a shi.tty family. And he never liked Mel and how he could not see who Lindsay really was? It's sad how everyone could only take from him.
