Here's a very quick blurb on just the first part of the episode. I've made around 30 Gifs for it, but don't have time to post now. Maybe later.

Episode 220
First scene M/J opening box of 1st edition Rage talking excitedly about it, Brian walks in. When Michael says "I hope people like it", Justin say's "why wouldn't they" then Brian says, "you have no idea how vicious queers can be…especially when it comes to someone else's success". I could hear the pain in his voice and at the same time giving a dig to Justin for discounting his career by making it all about him. Then Justin says the dreaded (next to I have to take a shower), "I have to get to class". Brian is so dejected when Justin leaves and Mikey comforts him. Why do I feel like Mikey is getting a thrill out of it?



Ted is so funny pining after Emmett. Poor Emmett had no idea what was going in and thinking Ted's behavior was really disturbing. I loved that he asked Mel and Lindsay to take him "somewhere" away from him.

The scene with Brian and Ethan at the diner. Brian trapping Ethan. OMG…it was so sad. Then Justin walks in and you can feel the betrayal in both Brian's eyes and actions. This was truly heartbreaking.

there is so much emotion in those scenes!!! it wouldn't be so painful if they would have a real fight or where yelling at each other....

the scene with Emmet is so funny!! And Linds and Mel have a hard time to surpress their laughing

Favorite scene with Brian is the diner scene... I liked the way he did it. Now both Justin and Ethan know they are caught, but no public "scene"... just shows them both he isn't as stupid as they apparently hoped he was.

Favorite scene with Ted & Emmett is at Babylon when Emmett is trying to cheer up Ted from being embarrassed and he ends up realizing he wants Ted too

Quote: from Babylon at the end of the episode... Brian is asking Justin what's wrong with him and Michael "B - Creative differences? J - Actually we are in complete agreement. He thinks I'm an *******, and I think he's one"

Music I don't have any particular favorite songs from this episode

Least Favorite scene would obviously be when Justin leaves with Ethan in the final scene and even Deb looks disappointed... Justin had said earlier in the episode he knows Brian loves him quite a bit "in his way"... ugh

they only way I can tolerate this episode is knowing that it all works out in the next season. I also think Justin "needed" to do this for Brian and Justin to eventually get where they do.

Oh, we definitely share the love! The final track .. Human Behaviour by Bjork is on my playlist! Love the track even it does have heartbreaking connections!

I really must watch the episode over the weekend .. not that I haven't seen it a squillion times already, but I should get a fresh perspective on it for this thread!

Not trust .. just seeing your creation, your hard work and your ideas in print for the first time .. it's always going to override everything else! The sheer joy at seeing Rage in print must have been ah~mazing for both of them, but especially Mikey since it was his idea!
