What I'm still failing to understand is...WHY WAS HE WEARING IT IN THE FIRST PLACE! One of the most intriguing mysteries of all time.

I guess it's supposed to be his sexing underwear... but it's the only time in the whole show that we see him using something in the likes

It was so random that he was wearing one. Not surprised we didn't see any more of those through out the seasons.

I'm with you on this one Denise They were so unsexy (can you imagine if we'd seen the doc wearing them !!! ) but because Brian was removing them ... hot, hot, hot!!!

Although that scene ... he pulls them down and kicks them away, but there's a sort of wet, slapping sound that follows that suggests that it took him a few tries to actually totally get rid of them!!
