You know I thought about that too. But then I thought... well his birthday was the 22nd episode of the first season and we haven't had 22 episodes since so it sort of makes since that we haven't seen it celebrated since.

Hmm...true. Seems like once a character celebrates their birthday once, they never celebrate it again.

After that, no more birthdays! But then again, that might be a good thing for Brian. No more occasions to remind him that he's getting older.

Well... yeah. Their birthdays would have been cool, but I would totally love to see Emmett all dressed up in his birthday hat.

Speaking of Molly, didn't she kind of disappear?

Oh yeah and here's a blooper: I was watching 209 yesterday when Brian's sister (forgot her name) comes over and tells Brian that he needs to see their mom. Anyway, her kids are totally different. The kid in 304 didn't match any of the kids in 209.

the sister's name is claire. and that is one thing i noticed too, being kinda obsessed with the episode of brian's family. 304 john is much older than s2 john. much much older. he probably grew like 4-6 years in a second

And CowLip probably thinks we never notice these things. But of course, being the obsessed fans that we are, we do.

SORAS (Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome) strikes again. Actually, I'm kind of surprised Gus hasn't started dating yet -- kids on TV shows often seem to go from 2 to 16 overnight.

And yet, their parents neeeever get any older. You don't watch a soap for a week, the kid is grown and married.

Hmm?

How come I have never noticed ANY of these?!? You know, except for the ones they put on the wrap party reel. I need to pay more attention. I'm too busy staring at Brian and fantasizing to notice anything else.
