I brought this over from the last thread. I hope you don't mind.

I was in Fly2.0 for the QAF event in Toronto and if I remember correctly, they did film there. It had the catwalk, the balconies, even stairs leading down to the "rooms". It was so freaking cool, because you could SEE what we were watching in the show. For example:

This was the stage and I stood at the bar (to the left of the stage, or stage right...whichever you choose) where Brian was standing. It was so cool.

These are a couple of girls I was running around Church St. getting lost walking to Fly. They didn't want to listen to my GPS, so a 5 minute walk took 45 minutes. It was fun though.

And agreed, Daggi has a great energy and was very welcoming from my first day here, and I knew I'd be able to fit in on these boards because of it.

By the way: if anyone has a clear photo of the guys standing on the steps at Woody's, would you please share?

That is so cool Deborah! Those stairs are what the guys were ready to walk up when Justin saw Chris Hobbs and embarrassed him in front of the crowd, right? WOW!! I cannot believe that is fly! That looks like a little house ~ lol. So that’s the building that has the catwalks, etc inside? I remember an interview with Randy Harrison where he said they filmed in a real club with the strobe lights and confetti, etc

Yep...the size on the outside is very deceptive.

The entrance is to the right of the can with the red on it. The line was so long to get in, it was crazy.

Oh wow, that looks way different! So I guess it was the original fly that they used for exterior shots, then? Cause that looks nothing like the outside of Babylon.

Oh wow, those pics are great one day I'm sure I will see all that too.. and "Fly" looks really tiny from the outside does it go downstairs when you enter?
