Hey girls

I'm home I went to eat lunch at Guapo's with Richard (it's a Hispanic restaurant) and then went to Krispy Kreme Donuts for dessert. So he told me that his job interview went well (unfortunately okay just kidding I would never wish him anything bad.) and he liked the offer they gave him and if he accepts it he would start June 1st. He is waiting to hear from other firms in the area though.

So after I came hone from spending time with Richard I got to talk with my brother and his wife who have been in town since Thursday for a wedding in Richmond that is about 2 hours away from here. They came in late on Thursday and then I left for work early on Friday and then they left for the wedding rehearsal on Friday afternoon and the actual wedding was yesterday so they spent most of Friday and all of yesterday in Richmond and only came back here today around 3pm so today I finally got to spend some time with them and then after dropping them off at the airport my parents and I went grocery shopping something I hadn't done with them in quite awhile.

Hey everybody. Just dropping in to let you know I will be on a bit later to post and bump the threads.

Have to take my cat, Charity, to the vet because she's having bladder problems and need a prescription for some special food that would improve her condition. I've had her for almost 9 years and ever since the day I adopted her, poor baby has had problems with that, off and on. Now it's back on, so I'm taking her for a full check-up.

Hey, back from the vet. Well, it turns out Charity had what they described as a "huge infection".... A bladder infection. I'm just thankful I paid extra close attention to her symptoms and the change of behavior when I did because that could have been so bad had it gone untreated. But anywho, I came back, gave her the prescribed oral antibiotics, and the special food... and now she's resting. She should be good to go now, hopefully.

Denise: I'm so glad you caught Charity's infection at pretty much the beginning. At her age, unfortunately that's common. But, you are the best kitty mommy ever.

Daggi: Grace is still doing well. We're just keeping an eye on her. She has moments where we worry and moments feeling overjoyed that she appears to be feeling good. And your friend Heathcliff is looking for you.

I have a bunch of errands to run today. I have a fundraiser to attend on Sunday in Daytona, so I'm needing to wrap up some things here to go over there and to stay at my moms house. I'll drive over with Austin and Samantha on Saturday and probably drive back on Tuesday. I told Mark, he should probably wait until Sunday to come over and then leave after the event because I don't want any problems with one particular person who lives in my house.

On Monday, I'm taking my mom to see the hotel I've booked for my sister's surprise party. She'll meet the event coordinators, see the ballroom and the sleeping rooms. We'll probably talk about menus as well.

Also, we're in the process of collecting addresses so I can send out "Save The Date" notices. The party isn't until October 14th, but it will be really special. I'm so happy that my sister and I have begun to rebuild our relationship. Family is so important, and since it's been years, it's time to let go. She hasn't changed all that much, except she is honoring the personal boundaries we talked about. But I've changed…a lot.
