we see that a little bit in season 2 in the "like the first time" scene, it feels similar warm to me

true

although blue is a cold colour, the scene still gave me a very warm feeling.. the one with Ethan is held in warm colours

Very nice indeed. The set designers and art directors definitely knew what they were doing in terms of lighting for the right kind of moods. This feels very romantic.

They found the perfect lightning for a lot of scenes

I don't kno if I ever saw light used so precicly for that occation

The lighting and the camera movements and the shots were all just amazing! I think it's also one of the best, if not the best one, I've even seen

It helped make the show overall I think

yeah true - I've seen some hotel rooms like that but not normally old loft places - you just don't see it in any other shot though do you?
