Now lets get this baby on the road somehow

I only have been in a posting challenge once, right when I joined and it was a huge fun

now we want to redo something like that

I know back then we battled us with an other board ( I think it was the Penny Dreadful Board if I remember right) but I have no clue if they challenged us or we did them

so I will have to go and look for advice how to do it

I know, since it came up a few times, but we never managed to do one, that we also could challenge ourselfs ( I guess with telling to reach a certain number of posts in a time? )

I also will have to figure that out, but first of all, lets Brainstorm together what we want to do

and maybe we get some advices from others too in this thread

First of all, thank you so much for opening up our thread of possibilities for this posting challenge, Daggi.

Not sure how we'll go about this, but brainstorming is the best option for what we're faced with right now. We can just start throwing out any ideas or suggestions as they come to us.

I'm going to be scoring the forum for old threads made between 4-5 years ago and post them here to give us some inspiration for how our next challenge will take shape. It doesn't take a whole lot to get this started, though... I'm almost certain.

I don't really understand the logistics of it... like I know we're supposed to post a bunch... but not sure what we need to do?

Rewards? I have to check out if we get special names for that and how that works, and the reward is the upgoing posting numbers, or if we challenge a board, probably a win aganst it

hadn't had time to ask yet, but we'll figure it out

We can have a challenge within the board and if we hit the goal, we'd get custom titles.

Current Post Count: 626,979
So, say our challenge is to make it to 650,000 by September 1. If we hit that goal, we'd get custom titles (text under the username) related to QAF.

What can be done:
- Survivors
- Rewatches Together (If we can get some people at the same time, those can get fun and lots of posts.)
- General Posting

I guess the big reason for a posting challenge is to get the post count up. And if you win, you get a custom title.

It really depends on if there is a posting goal that you want or if you want to challenge a different board as more of a competition.
